Welcome to the new CareLearn system!

New system tour: The new CareLearn system is called Moodle. When you log into CareLearn for the first time, learn about system features through a brief Moodle tour.

Course catalog: New courses are being added to the catalog each week.

Important change: Your transcript is the only way to show proof of past continuing education courses in the new system. You can only access certificates for courses you complete on or after June 30. Training transcripts will be available by August 1.

User guides: Check the Help center for user guides and navigation tips.

Feedback: We're making improvements and learning the new system along with you. Thank you for your patience and support. Please let us know what things could work better for you by emailing CareLearnsupport@dshs.wa.gov

    •  We’re committed to making CareLearn accessible for people with disabilities. Learn more about digital accessibility on the About Us page after logging in.
